I always find it very interesting what early adopters latch onto.  And when it comes to technology, I am even more surprised.  Lately, I have read a lot about Pinterest.  I need to play around with it and see what I think but immediately I consider “How can this be used for performance improvement?”  One idea might be to use it to get participants to learn more about each other before an online or face to face session.  Another possibility could be creating a group and have them work in teams to create a pinboard.  The debrief could be an interesting lesson in team dynamics, communication and influence.

    Thanks for sending me your email address, it gave me the opportunity to reach out to your blog, but more important, to get to know you a little better.
    I found so much to ponder in your writing. This particular piece resonated with me the most. I have joined Pinerest, thinking that I would somehow utilize the concept since I do so much with collage. Still have not made that breakthrough, but am always on course with doing some kind of creative collage. If you ever want to meet for coffee and take a look at some of my work, I’ll bring some examples into the office. It runs the gamet, sometimes connected to work, sometimes to a project or just something for fun.
