I spent the week on the Long Beach Peninsula in Washington.  On top of  no crowds, the scenery was stunning.  28 miles of white, sandy beaches coupled with some easy hikes to North Head Lighthouse, Cape Disappointment and Oysterville and a horse ride on the beach.  It was a relaxing, beautiful week!
